Update 24 June 2010

Sorry for not emailing sooner, 6am start everyday for travel to language school then try get family time in evening. Well things are good, we as a family really appreciate your prayers and support.

Bangkok is slowly getting back to normal although not many tourists at all. We are still in a state of emergency but things have settled a lot.

The girls are enjoying time off school and Joel is growing very fast and now walking well. Gillian and I are studying Thai hard; it's not easy but with prayer and perseverance it's possible. I called my teacher delicious the other day, I meant to say I love Thai food but it came out wrong - everyone else thought it was very funny.

We are trying to be a witness to our language teachers, I sang a worship song to my teacher yesterday and gave them one of my books 'Nobodyschild' in Thai and Gillian shared her story of how God had changed her life.

Prison work is going very well but it is hard to travel to and back again. Also I am going into immigration centre and running a bible study for teenagers.

We are well and studying hard; re the thai language yaak means difficult in Thai, Yorkshire is so much easer. I try to witness to the street vendors and police in broken Thai. I can say 'God Bless you' and 'Jesus loves' you in Thai and have small conversations - only by God's grace. Sounds daft but maybe it will plant a seed.

Prison work is going well and lots of awesome response. We are now in the rainy season so roads get very flooded and grid-locked (see photos) and we are really enjoying our new home.

Thanks For the money to buy some copies of Thai nobodyschild to give to different Schools and prisons and individual people and the life's changed by Gods grace.
For the political situation that has calmed down with no more fighting.
For our health we are all well.
For the girls been able to go to school and find new friends.
Thank you God for our supporters who pray love and stand with us.

Prayer Points

Please would you pray for the street girls, Lady boys and poor in Thailand.
For the prisoners who can face the rest of the life's in prison that God would be with them in a mighty way.
For the street girls and lady boys that they would know they are princesses and princes and that they matter.
For a car so we don't spend silly money in taxis everywhere three to four hours a day.
For us as a family that we would be wise bold and never stop sharing Gods Love.
For wisdom peace and for God to touch the heart of all the Thai People.
